Currently, customs fees apply only to packages with contents valued over USD $100.00. We recommend that customers research customs charges and weigh the cost-effectiveness of ordering online versus purchasing locally. You can use our rate caluculator for an estimate. The duty charged is calculated on the total of the cost, insurance and freight (CIF) value for the items. How are duties calculated by Customs? Import duties are assessed on the cost of the goods imported, plus additional charges for freight and insurance (CIF).
All items of clothing/imported are dutiable, whether they are new or used

Currently, we receive shipments twice a week: Monday mornings and Thursday evenings. Please note that packages arriving on the Thursday evening flight will be available for clearance through Jamaica Customs starting Friday morning.
Once our team receives your package at our Pembroke Pines facility, it typically takes 3-5 days to reach Jamaica. To ensure timely delivery, please make sure your packages are correctly addressed.
You can easily log in to your CS couriers JA dashboard to submit delivery requests. For free delivery service, be sure to make your requests before midday from Monday to Wednesday. To ensure prompt and timely deliveries, we strongly recommend that all customers place their delivery requests online, as delays may occur otherwise. Conditions apply. Please make sure you’re available for your scheduled delivery. If you need to leave or are unavailable after submitting a request, we suggest contacting the CS couriers JA office or your delivery person to update them on any changes. Additionally, you can make notes online to adjust your delivery preferences, such as time, location, or authorized recipient if someone other than the CS couriers JA account holder will be receiving the package.
Restricted items include toy guns, pepper spray, all types of weapons such as swords, firearms, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, fireworks, explosives, lighters, matches, camouflage gear, cash, and similar items.
Supplements, pesticides, sexual enhancers, specific plants and seeds, animal products, honey, gun holsters, bows and arrows, and similar items may be restricted. Please reach out to us for guidance before shipping these products.
The Miami Warehouse operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm local time. Any shipments arriving outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. We are closed on Sundays.
A storage fee will apply starting 14 days after we begin holding your packages. After the 14-day period, the fee is $100 per day.
Processing and updating your package in the system can take between 24 to 48 hours.
If this happens to you, please reachout to Office or whatapp line after 24hrs, we will do our checks and update you as best as possible. Often warehouse does makes mistakes and log item sunder wrong accounts.
